Alice A. Putnam, 86, of Eden, New York died Monday, August 6, 2012. She was born May 27, 1926, the daughter of late Andrew and Agatha Przekwas. She was retired as a Registered Nurse with Mercy Homecare in Buffalo, New York. She went back to school at the age of 53 to become a Registered Nurse, graduating from Trocare College in Buffalo, NY
She was a past member of the Eden Emergency Squad.
She was the devoted wife of late Donald W. Putnam and Frank Kielar; the
loving mother of Sue (Roy) Myers, James Putnam, Cynthia (Chris) Vasiloff, Peter (Nan) Putnam, and Elizabeth (Chris) Melito.
Grandmother of eleven and great grandmother of 6.
Friends may call Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Laing Funeral Home Inc. 2724 W. Church St. Eden.
Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 10:00AM
