I'm gonna say yes. I've a TZ7 and I'm trying to find an upargde. The TZ10 is good in that it has a manual mode but its jerky on video mode. The same problem exsists with the TZ18 and TZ20. Panasonic obviously thought it was better to improve the focus over the image stability. I prefer image stability so I prefer the TZ7. However, if focus is more important (although if you watch my vids you wont see an issue) then maybe the TZ10 is a better option for you.
