Private interment will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery for John M. Jazembak, who died on August 14, 2013 at the age of 94. He was the loving husband fo0r 66 years of Mildred J. (Nee: Horton); father of the late Donald J. (Lynn Kline), David m (Sandy); grandfather of Sheri and Randy (Jean Cosenza); great grandfather of Alexander. Also survived by Natalie (Walter) Martin, brother of the late Walter, Linda, Ann, Adeline, Irene and Terry.
