Marion J. Wieczerzynski, age 93, of Eden, New York died Friday, August 29, 2014.
She was born on November 20, 1920 in Buffalo, New York. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Emma (Mohn) Stephan. She married her loving husband Edward A. Wieczerzynski on September 16, 1950 in St. Agnes R.C. Church, Buffalo, New York. She was known for her ability to knit and crouche Afghans. She was very fond of gardening and had the art of canning. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother and grandmother.
Besides her parents, Marion is predeceased by her husband Edward A. Wieczerzynski on January 15, 2005, a sister; Dolores Greaves and 2 brothers; Joseph Stephan and Anthony Belcer.
She is survived by a daughter; Sharon Brennan and 2 sons; Kenneth (Myoung) Wieczerzynski and David (Kimberly) Wieczerzynski. Also surviving are 2 sisters Lorraine (Alfred) Szymanski and Diane (late James) Hyzy; 2 brothers; Raymond (Gloria) Belcer and Michael (Dolores) Belcer; 1 grandchild; Erin Gugino and great grandchildren; David, Karina and Colton.
No prior visitation.
A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 10:00AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Eden, NY.
Arrangements entrusted to the Laing Funeral Home Inc. 2724 West Church Street, Eden, NY 14057.
