Son of the late Eunice Tucker and Richard Joseph Norman, Sr.
Brother of Richard J (late Mary) Norman, Jr., Kathleen (Tobe) Klaaren and late Donald Norman.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
No services will be observed. Memorials may be made to Claddagh Commission P.O. Box 266, Derby, NY 14047.
