Ann I. Brueggeman (nee: Hojnacki), age 78, of East Eden, New York died Friday, December 30, 2016 at Mercy Hospital.
She was born September 11, 1938 in East Eden. She was a daughter of late William and Ann Hojnacki.
Ann was a member of the Eden Emergency Squad, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 880, The St. Mary’s of the Lake Travel Club, and an avid bird watcher. She will be known for all of her volunteer work, which included volunteering at the Eden Corn Festival, especially on “Super Day”
Devoted wife of Robert L.
Loving sister of Florence Smith, William Hojnacki, Emily Duda, Bernice Stachewicz, Late Helen Sheldon and late Mary Banazak.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family invites friends to call Jan 2. from 2-6PM at the Laing Funeral Home Inc. 2724 W. Church St. Eden.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Jan 3. At 10AM in St. Mary’s Church, East Eden.
Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials to American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 880 or Eden Emergency Squad.
