Obituary of David E. Dole

David E. Dole, age 79, of Eden NY died Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in his residence. He was born on February 14, 1938 in Angola, New York. He was the son of the late Edwin G. and Jessie A. (Nowak) Dole.

He was a long time member of the Eden Fire Department, a Cubmaster for the local cub scouts and was a long time member of the Eden Business Bowling League.

He was known for his 30+ years of painting and wallpapering. He has painted and wallpapered many of the homes and businesses in and around Eden.

David was the husband of Carolyn L (nee: Scharf), the loving father of Jeffrey D. Dole and Marci (Mark) Drews and the proud grandfather of Carissa and Nicholas Schuster.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017; 10AM in the Trinity Episcopal Church, 261 E Main St, Hamburg, NY 14075.
