Dear Clark and Haag families.
I was sorry to hear of Ruthie's passing. She was our family babysitter in the 40s when we lived on Rosedale Road in a home we rented from the Castles. My grandma and uncle (Galsgie) rented the house next door.
I recently visited her in Eden Heights, and although her memory wasn't as sharp, I think she knew me as we talked.
RIP Ruthie.
