Sending prayers to the entire Hoelscher family. I was so blessed to spend many wonderful moments with victor, both at eden heights and perigrines landing. I loved the way he loved to tell me all about his “farming”days, and I loved his great “one-liners”!!! He always brought a smile to my face. I will truly miss my visits with Victor.
