Elaine my heart goes out to you and your brothers. But also the joy knowing your dad is no longer in pain. Remember the memories and the love that he gave you. You and your brothers took such wonderful care of him. I know dad also knew he could leave mom in your care while he went to be with Our Lord. I love you sis......

I remember meeting Mr. Latona(that's how I addressed him) in the late 1960's when Gord started to date Elaine. Thank you Frankie. I remember how Mr. Latona was very respectful of my brother and me he was like a father to him. He was a very hardworker and always provided for his family, he was a very level headed man,a man who was very much in love with his precious wife Marilyn up til the end. I remember going to the Latona home in Eden Mr Latona would allow me to hunt quail behind his house on his property. When I visited him a couple of years ago I spent precious moments with him while watching him cultivate his garden and talk about life. My moments with Mr. Latona will be charised they were some of the best moments of my life. I will see you again in heaven Mr. Latona.
