My favorite memory with Grammy is when I took her out to the Sangria mountain range in Colorado to visit ol Bishops Castle and she loved everything on the drive. She asked me to stop a couple of times just to get out absorb it and take lots of pictures. We saw some bighorn sheep and she absolutely loved the Aspens. I suggested she didn't need to walk all the steps to climb the castle but she wasn't having it. She was so energetic and easy going we had so much fun.
Most of all she always treated me like I belonged in the family. The 20 years I had known her she always hugged me with pride and made a point to let me know I was very welcome.
My heart goes out to the family and I pray Gods comfort on you.
