To the family of Joni Farkes:
My husband, Julius Paar, was Joni's father's first cousin. Ervin's mother, Julia, was sister to my husband's mother, Vilma, in Hungary. Julius came to live with relatives in Lackawanna in 1957. I remember visiting Ervin and Betty many times when they lived in Hamburg and we also exchanged Christmas cards for many years. Julius died this January and I know he would have been sad to hear that Joni has died. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Love and prayers, Rosemary Paar
