Obituary of Roger C. Easterbrook

Roger Craig Easterbrook passed away on July 29th, 2023 at his home in Eden, NY. Almost 67, he was born August 1st, 1956 in Tonawanda, NY to Roger and Patricia Easterbrook. He graduated from Kenmore East, attended ECC, and went on to become a draftsman, proudly working for decades as a designer of the molds that produced Buffalo China dinnerware. Roger married Nancy Webster in 1977 (later divorced) and they had two children together: Jennifer (Zachariah) Mangialomini and Jason (Mindy) Easterbrook. Roger had eight grandchildren: Zachariah, Anna, and Barachel Mangialomini; Morgan and Alexis Knoll; and Ocean, Sky, and Hunter Easterbrook, Roger is also survived by his five siblings: Patricia Prior, Debra Birchenough, John (Mary Leah) Easterbrook, Scott (Sharon) Easterbrook, and Eric (Jennifer Krasuski) Easterbrook. He was an avid runner, skier, and traveler, enjoying the clubs he was part of and making a few life-long friends along the way. His favorite camping spot was Site #4 at a special Adirondack lake. Roger was stubborn and independent, had an appreciation for art, food, and frugality, and loved to talk about his opinions and travels in Central and South America. He was a long-time member of the Eden United Methodist Church where he enjoyed volunteering, especially every year during the Corn Festival. A brief memorial will be held at the United Methodist Church in Eden, NY on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 at 11:00 am.
