BENKELMAN-James E. “Nerve”
Of Eden, NY died February 19, 2024 in Fla. He was the son of the late Charles Benkelman and Eleanor Girard.
Brother of Thomas (Linda) and Gary (Cyndi) Benkelman and Dawn Lahnan and Good friend, Gary Balone
Also survived by nieces Jennifer, Janine, Jaime, Nicole and nephew Joel.
Jim proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1968 - 1972 He was also a member of the Steamfitters Local Union # 22.
Internment with full military services will be held at a later date.
