My precious wife❤️I miss you so much….. I don’t know what to do without you……..?I’m very grateful to our heavenly father for the precious times we spent together every time I go outside and I feel a breeze of the holy spirit I think of you every time I see the water I think of how free we were on the boat, there’s not a day that’ll go by. You won’t be messed. I love you until I see you again

I will always remember Laurie as a sweet, cheerful little sprite of a girl who was my college roommate for a year in Oswego. I had known her previously from Eden Senior High where she graduated with my sister Andrea Casseri Bauer. So when I saw her at Oswego, I invited her to share my college dorm room. Once in there, she brightened everything, even though she frequently lost her keys. She would leave a note on the whiteboard on our door saying, "Don't lock the door, I lost my keys again!" After that I would always hear her wonderful laugh. I will miss her smile and laugh so very much.
Laurie was a bright light in this world and will be missed terribly. She was such a positive person. I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that my family and I will be praying for all who have been left behind.

Q: How did you meet Laurie?
A: Laurie and I met in middle school and remained friends throughout high school. She was a very kind person. She was a friend to all. We had so much fun and many laughs together. I was always in awe of her aerial cartwheels! I saw her in April and the light of Christ emanated from her. She shared her testimony of and love for Jesus Christ with me. She was a true disciple of Christ.

I visited Laurie over Memorial Day weekend, two months before she died. At that point we hadn't been together in 14 years, but we texted and called each other often. We met in Glacier Park as vagabonds and seasonal employees in 1992. We quickly realized we were born two days apart, had useless English degrees, and fit each other's clothes. Laurie proclaimed, "We're soul sisters!" and we were great friends from then until she passed. I will miss her so much. I took this picture of Laurie when I visited. It was a beautiful day and we rented a canoe in Allegheny Park, and she lounged and basked in the sunshine and beauty while I paddled us through the lily pads. Always such a beauty, little Laur!
