Grandma Merritt was a very special woman and will be greatly missed by so many. There are so many memories that I have of her: the famous molasses cookies, all of those Girl Scout cookies she would buy every year from my sister and I, getting yelled at for stepping near the rose garden, walking or riding my bike to the house to have dinner with her, helping her in the garden, interviewing her for a history project for school, the dance costumes she would make, the list goes on an on. My favorite memory is probably when she and Grandpa Merritt met Noah for the first time. I wish I could be there with all of you to say a final goodbye. Know that I am sending my love to everyone. My heart aches with all of you. Love you!
